Bio:
Coach Brien is married and is raising three beautiful young ladies all of whom play for the club. Her passion for soccer started when she was very young. She played soccer year around from the age of 5 to adulthood. She was fortunate enough to play on the Woonsocket Varsity soccer team from 9th grade to 12th and was appointed Captain her senior year.
She started her coaching career with town soccer in 2014 when her oldest was 4. She was hooked and loved being a part of so many player’s soccer journey.
Her passion is certainly for the younger age groups and joined MACH 1 in 2019 when her oldest started to play. She “loves the family atmosphere that MACH 1 brought to the game and I knew I wanted to be a part of it.”
“The greatest feeling is getting a player at the start of the season and watching the unbelievable transformation they attain by the season’s end and to know you are a part of that is truly just the best feeling!”
If you don’t see her on the soccer field coaching or watching her children play you can find her as a personal trainer at a kickboxing gym or a Substitute Teacher for the Douglas, MA School District.
